Shipping policy
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST ME?
The shipping of orders at Cleany is free of charge for orders above 19€ - for orders below 19€ you are charged 4,90€.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped with SDA, Poste Italiane, UPS, GLS, DHL, TNT, BRT. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you a tracking number via E-Mail, which you can use to track your parcel. Depending on where you live, our Shipping Partners will offer you several ways to track your shipment:
- Preferred neighbour: here you can choose your favourite neighbour to whom you entrust your parcel. This person must live within the same house or closeby to you.
- Preferred day: Parcel arrives on a particular day that does not meet your availability. Simply choose a new day on which you'll be definitely at home.
- Preferred location: With the storage location you can specify that the parcel carrier can drop off your parcel at a location of your choice without anyone having to accept it.
MY DELIVERY HAS DISAPPEARED - WHAT CAN I DO?
If there are problems with your delivery, please send us an E-Mail to info@cleanyecotabs.com. Our team will find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?
At the moment we ship within all Europe
For all other countries, please note the higher shipping costs in the order process. We will inform you as soon as we can expand our delivery area and offer better shipping conditions.
HOW DOES THE RETURN SHIPMENT WORK?
If you want to return your product, please send us an unequivocal declaration (e.g. phone, fax, e-mail). If you return the product within the first 30 days, we will refund the full purchase price within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
